Fawaz Travels respects your privacy and gives you control over your account information. If you have created an account in the Fawaz Travels Android App, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Fawaz Travels App account, send an email to:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Fawaz Travels App account. In your email, clearly state that you want your account to be deleted.
Example: "Please delete my Fawaz Travels App account."
What Data Is Deleted?
After your account deletion request is verified and processed, the account information associated with your Fawaz Travels App account will be deleted.
This may include:
- Your registered email address
- Your Firebase authentication account
- Account-related authentication information
What Data Is Retained?
Fawaz Travels does not use the Android App to process bookings, payments, or financial transactions. The app mainly provides travel information and flight availability and allows users to contact Fawaz Travels through available contact or WhatsApp options.
We do not retain your app account data after a verified deletion request unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or other lawful purposes.
Account Deletion Processing
After receiving your request, Fawaz Travels may verify that the request is being made by the account owner. Once verified, the account deletion request will be processed.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within a reasonable period after verification.
