Privacy Policy, User Agreement & Terms of Service
(Applicable to Agent Portal Bookings)
This document governs all bookings made through the Fawaz Travels Agent Portal. By accessing or using the portal, the Agent agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. User Agreement
The Agent is responsible for ensuring passengers report to the airline check-in counter at least four (4) hours prior to departure.
Tickets must be reconfirmed no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to departure, where applicable.
The Agent guarantees that all passenger details provided are accurate and verified as per official travel documents.
Visa requirements, passports, transit permissions, health documents, immigration clearance, and compliance with destination regulations are solely the responsibility of the traveler.
Fawaz Travels shall not be liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, immigration decisions, or actions taken by airlines or authorities.
2. System (Individual) Tickets – Change, Refund & Cancellation Policy
System or individual tickets are governed strictly by the rules, fare conditions, and policies of the issuing airline.
Any change, cancellation, or refund request is subject to airline approval, applicable penalties, service charges, and fare rules.
Fawaz Travels acts only as a booking agent and does not guarantee the approval, refund amount, or processing time.
Any service fees charged by Fawaz Travels are non-refundable, even if the airline approves a refund.
3. Group Tickets – Change, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All group tickets are strictly non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable at any time, without exception.
No amendments, name changes, date changes, rerouting, cancellations, or refunds are permitted once a group ticket is confirmed or issued.
No refund shall be provided in cases of no-show, late arrival, incorrect passenger details, visa refusal, denied boarding, or incomplete travel documentation.
Group fares are special negotiated fares and are not subject to standard airline refund or change rules.
4. Payments & Financial Responsibility
All payments made to Fawaz Travels are final and non-reversible.
The Agent bears full responsibility for any chargebacks, payment disputes, or bank reversals initiated by passengers.
The Agent agrees to indemnify and hold Fawaz Travels harmless from any loss or claim arising from payment disputes.
5. Privacy Policy
Fawaz Travels collects personal data solely for booking, ticket issuance, and travel-related services.
Information may be shared with airlines, GDS providers, and relevant authorities as required by law.
Fawaz Travels is not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party systems or service providers.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Fawaz Travels acts strictly as an intermediary and shall not be liable for acts or omissions of airlines, airports, or government authorities.
Fawaz Travels shall not be responsible for flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, baggage issues, or seat allocation.
Any liability of Fawaz Travels shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
7. Force Majeure
Fawaz Travels shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
8. Right to Amend Terms
Fawaz Travels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Agent Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fawaz Travels operates.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming any booking through the Fawaz Travels Agent Portal, the Agent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy, User Agreement, and Terms of Service.
